Refundable Scenarios:

Duplicate purchase: If you have accidentally purchased the same letter twice within a 24-hour period, you will be eligible for a full refund upon request.
Technical issues: If you encounter technical difficulties during the purchase process that prevent you from completing your order, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the purchase has been completed. Please carefully review the product description and sample pages before making your purchase.
Download issues: If you are unable to download the purchased letter due to issues on your end (e.g., internet connection problems, incompatible software), we will not be able to offer a refund.
Access issues: Once you have accessed the purchased letter, we cannot offer a refund due to the intangible nature of the product.
